The Berner

I have thought alot about the Berner girl and have made the decision that there isn’t anything more I can do for her but keep my fingers crossed. I forwarded her information onto a really great Berner lady who will know just what to do with her. She has lots of Berner contacts through out the country and if she cant do anything, then no one can.

I cant save them all and sometimes I need to be reminded I am not the patron saint of lost causes. My own pack and family must take precedence. My responsibility is to them and them alone. I am pleased with how things are here and want to keep things status quo no matter how heartless that makes me seem… I have done more than my fair share for other peoples discards for years.

    I’m sure it is a wise decision. I’ve had to make the same choices and I only have four furry dependents plus the cat.

    Yes you have to put your family first. I had to convince myself of that as well, as they are my priority. We do what we can for the rest.
