I have been toying with the idea of going vegetarian. Well, I bought a 3 pound roast and put it in the crock pot to slow cook. I planned on eating the roast as my send off to meat. I put it in around 11 am and left the house. Knowing that Rufus will get on the counters, I put the crock pot on top of my microwave out of reach. I leave the house for a few hours. After picking up my son from wrestling practice, I get a call from my hubby and I say we’re having roast for dinner barring the dogs getting a hold of it… hahahaha well I think everyone sees where this is going.

I get in and the smell of roast is heavy in the air, but no roast! Rufus knocked the crock pot over on its side and french onion soup is all over the counter. Not a single bit of meat anywhere! I was crushed! I was really looking forward to dinner and those turds ate it all! I wonder who all partook in the fricassee. Hera and Eris were in their crates and I dont think they would have shared with Zeus or Apollo. I am not even sure Rufus shared with Brutus. I am still sooo mad I cant see straight.
