He’s home, Zeus’s teeth.. an update

Zeus made it through his dental and tooth extraction just fine. Thank you for all your prayers and positive thoughts for him yesterday and today. He is feeling alot better. When I checked on him at the vet this morning he was wanting to play with the techs and had eaten breakfast. The vet tech said she thought he looked as though he wanted a second helping.. yep thats my Zeus.
I just got back from picking him up. He was so happy to see me and seems to be feeling ok. He is sprawled out on his cushion now and happy to be home. All the other dogs are happy to have him home too.
Glad to hear the good news. Doggie dental day is the worst day of the year for me when I take them all in for anesthesia

Glad your dog is ok. I remember having our old dogs teeth extracted. He was not a happy dog for a few hours but then it was hard to keep him away from food! They seem to recover quickly.

Have I ever missed a lot! If I had known about Zeus’s tooth extraction, I wouldn’t have been worried for a second. I’ve had two teeth out and I was perfect both times. So, how’s Apollo doing?

Our old dog had a tooth abscess that led to an extraction. He was fine after about 48 hours (actually came home the same night)

I’m glad to hear zeus made it through the surgery ok. I’ve had some teeth pulled and it hurts. I hope he’s feeling better now though.
