Sorry that I haven’t been commenting on your blog for some time not because I have not been visiting. I have been trying to visit your blog everyday but to no avail. Your blog just won’t load even after how many minutes. I have no idea why but it’s just so difficult to get into your blog. Today I managed & that’s why I’m able to comment finally. I have been missing so much! That big guy looks sooo handsome by the way…

Very beautiful dog! I’ve always wanted one, but sadly never had the space (plus I live in a very hot country, which would have been unsuitable). What kind of grooming equipment do you use? My mother has a golden retriever, a rottie and a basset hound. Naturally there isn’t that much shedding with the basset hound or the rottie, but with the golden retriever. She (my mother) swears by these products (mainly the “Furminator”):

    Any comment?

Hi Leo and thanks for the comment. Glad you could stop by and take a look at my blog.

Saints do shed alot and do require a fair amount of brushing/grooming. I use the furminator as well…. LOVE it! Makes a huge difference, especially during their semi-annual coat blow. A mat=breaker, thinning shears, an under coat rake and a wide tooth comb are also very useful on their coats. They also need the hair between their toes/paws kept trimmed or it will cake with ice/snow and mud. Saints dont require alot of space and are quite lazy, but do like to get out and walk.

Thanks again for stopping by, hope to see you around again.
