Liver Crunchies – GRAIN FREE

LIVER CRUNCHIES – GRAIN FREE

  • 1 lb beef liver
  • 2 eggs
  • 1½ c garbanzo bean flour
  • ½ c shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven 300°F.  Puree liver and eggs in blender of food processor.  Add mixture to flour and stir in cheese.  Mix well and turn out onto a baking sheet covered with well-greased foil.  Bake 25 minutes.

Remove from oven and cut into training sized bits with a pizza cutter.  Decrease oven temp to 150°F and return to the oven for severeal hours until hard and cruchy.
